We, at Mossy Maple, have decided that a cancellation policy is necessary to protect the stylist's time and the value of the stylist's time. This will come in the form of three strikes. Each cancellation that is within 48 hours counts as one of those strikes. After three cancellations, we will require a $50 non-refundable deposit for your appointment.
